A while ago, I was watching Avatar series. In one of the episodes, Aang the main character is challenged to open his chakras. Chakras and meditation both have been closely related concepts.

The thought is to use the concept of Chakras to keep yourself motivated to do Meditation.


It's really basic.

  • Wake up
  • Drink water
  • Do meditation

I don't have a time constraints. Nor, the condition to do it for 21 days streak or anything.

Thinking behind the habit is that i am doing it to open my chakras.
